RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
  1. In accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 24 June 2014), Users purchasing Goods as consumers within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code have the right to withdraw from the Contract (cancel the Goods) within 14 days from the date of delivery of the Goods covered by the Order.

  2. To withdraw from the Contract, it is necessary to send to the Seller's address on the last day of the period indicated in point 1 above or deliver to the Seller's retail outlet a relevant statement along with the Goods from which the User is withdrawing and the received receipt/VAT invoice. The Seller does not bear the costs of returning the Goods, including not accepting parcels sent cash on delivery. The Goods must be returned in an unchanged condition.   3. In accordance with Article 38 point 13 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from a contract concluded outside the business premises or at a distance does not apply to the consumer in relation to contracts: (...)

    "for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and with the acknowledgment by the consumer that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal."

  4. In the event of effective withdrawal from the Contract in accordance with the above provisions, the Seller refunds the User for the returned Goods if payment for the Goods was made in advance, and confirms in writing the return of the Goods.

COMPLAINTS
  1. The User has the right to lodge a complaint in the event of defects in the delivered Goods, in any possible form, including: paper form, in the form of a physical carrier (CD, DVD, flash memory), and in electronic form (e-book files, e.g., EPUB, MOBI, PDF).

  2. The complaint should be sent in writing to the Seller's Sales Department, i.e., ul. Żmujdzka 6B, 31-426 Krakow, together with the complained Goods and a written justification (e.g., missing pages, undrilled or not displayed pages (in the case of electronic versions), damage in transport, or a description of the device on which the e-book is being read).

  3. Complaints are considered within 14 days from the date of receipt by the Seller of the shipment with the complained Goods. The Seller will notify the User of the outcome of the complaint using the same method as the complaint was sent, unless the User specifies a different contact method.

  4. If the data or information provided in the complaint require supplementation, before considering the complaint, the Seller will request the User lodging the complaint to supplement them to the indicated extent.
