How to order

about the order, and at the same time its submission and redirection to the payment page. After placing the order, the user will receive an automatic return message from the seller to the e-mail address provided in the form or by phone, with information confirming the order.
4. If your order contains errors or requires modification, please write a message in the order details or contact us by phone or e-mail.
How to buy e-books?
The purchase of electronic editions of books is analogous to the purchase of traditional (paper) editions. To make a purchase, you must place selected electronic editions in the Basket, then finalize the order and pay the amount due.
It is possible to combine paper and electronic items within a single order. Electronic editions are made available after confirming the payment (depending on the selected payment option) after logging into the USER PROFILE in the section: My files (orders from the new bookstore) or in the Archive section (orders from the old bookstore).
The files are sold in all possible versions provided by the Universitas Publishing House and may be in the following formats: PDF, EPUB or MOBI. Files can be downloaded by clicking the appropriate [DOWNLOAD] buttons. Purchased files can be downloaded any number of times. To view the content of e-books, we recommend the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader (PDF files) or other programs for EPUB and MOBI files (e.g. Adobe Digital Editions or Caliber).
