Delivery and payment

PAYMENT TERMS

1. All prices of Goods are stated in Polish zloty and include VAT. The price stated for each Goods at the time of placing the Order is binding for the User.

2. The Seller reserves the right to change the prices of Goods displayed on the Website. Any changes made will not apply to Orders placed before the price change.

3. The User can pay for the ordered Goods:

   1. upon delivery of the shipment by the courier (cash on delivery)

   2. by bank transfer to the Seller's bank account (the account number will be sent to the User electronically to the email address provided by them along with the Order confirmation);

   3. with Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, or JCB card (Polcard System)

   4. using the PayU.pl system

   5. in cash or by card upon personal pickup at the Sales Department of Universitas at ul. Żmujdzka 6B in Krakow (entrance in the courtyard)

4. Users who are consumers within the meaning of the Civil Code provisions may withhold payment until the Goods are received.

5. The User receives a VAT invoice or fiscal receipt with the delivery of the goods. The User making purchases agrees to the issuance of a sales document without a signature.
